Day 2 Sunway Lagoon

This bridge is Sunway's icon.

We will be visiting the water themepark today, and Daddy promise a lot of surprises.

After our wet sting, we headed for Sunway Lagoon's small zoo.

We still love this tram, even thought this is not our first visit !

Daddy say some of the rides are too challenging for kids. We believe him

While we go and climb the swaying bridge, Mummy accommodate the younger ones.

Nobody is afraid, until people start jumping ! We can see through the bridge to below.

Day 1 Sunway Lagoon

Why is Malaysia a prefered destination?
- we love to drive
- away from city life (granted Malaysia towns are quite urban too, but at least less skyscrapers)
- nice food
- friendly people
- cheap exchange rate :p
- Fun is only a few hours away
- we are budget-conscious hehe


Together with our cousins, we embark on yet another road trip to Malaysia.
6D5N in Sunway Lagoon and Genting Highlands.

Everytime we head North, KFC bridge is our rest point. Kids can view the expressway while munching on nuggets.

After 4 hours, driving leisurely 130km/h, we are near our destination.




For this trip, we stay over at Sunway Resorts Hotel & Spa.

The lobby is furbished with Safari creatures, lions, Elephant.

The lift is wierld. Our hotel (floor 12), is actaully 2 floors below Lobby? Felt Wierd.

Hotels around Sunway Lagoon is centered by iconic Sunway Pyramid shopping mall.
The ice ring at the center is always filled with activities and onlookers.

Christmas deorations and songs line the corridors.

Children had fun running around.


Food is never a issue at Pyramid, with a lot of variety.
Daddy would prefer hawker-style eateries, any day.




After dinner, we went shopping.

We are not hungry, but just greedy glutton !

After kids are asleep, Daddy play with some long exposures.
Beautiful street lamps and lights up.

Sunway Lagoon 2008

Drive up to Sunway Lagoon. As long as I rememeber, last trip was when Mummy/daddy still dating .

A lot of food variety, and vast shopping opportunities in Pyramid complex.
Although accommodation, and food/service prices are not exactly cheap.

What is more important is everyone enjoys themselves. We Did, and will come back again.
