Hair for Hope 2011

Hair for Hope 2011 (HFH) is back. Organized by Children's Cancer Foundation, who is a non-profit organisation with a mission of improving the quality of lives of children with cancer and their families by enhancing their emotional, social and medical well-being.



Objectives of Hair for Hope (HfH)
Through this symbolic gesture, Children’s Cancer Foundation aims to:
1. Create awareness of childhood cancer in Singapore.
2. Show children with cancer and their families that they are not alone in their fight against cancer.
3. Tell children with cancer that it is OK to be bald.
4. Raise funds to help children with cancer and their families.
5. Build a community of support for children with cancer and their families.



How can you help?
- some volunteers and donors will be shaving their hair on 23rd Jul (11am to 7pm) and 24th Jul (1pm to 6pm) at Vivocity. You might want to show moral support by attending the event.
